I was called on the day of my pick up that the truck I wanted to rent was not available and I had to pick up at a different location. When I got to the new location, there was no one in the office. I wanted to do counter pick up becuase the digital pick up takes so long. That put me behind 20 minutes. Plust, I was upgraded to a 15 foot truck, which no one told me, and it was too big for what I needed. The inside of the truck had soda spilled on the seats and floor and was sticky. The windshield was covered with bugs. I was told my extra mileage would be covered. It wasn't! I had to call customer service to make suire I wasn't charged. Really bad experience.

I am being charged for not returning the equipment to the original location however the reason for that is because I felt as if the truck wasn't running right so I took it to the closest location, and I tried contacting uhaul and got no reply so I just turned it in and left.

JUDY CI would have rather worked directly with a person but the automated process was well done.
Jean DThe process for getting the reservation and truck was confusing at times. And the truck was not in the best shape as far as drivability. The pricing also was confusing as to what was being charged, when it was charged, and the final cost.
