The attendant was totally worthless. When we arrived he stated he had no access to U Haul. We gave him the confirmation code and said scan this QR code. We did and our phone was infected with a virus that shut it down. The attendant just shrugged and stayed seated at computer. It took 2 hours to finally get the keys after calling the central office. What a nightmare. This location should be closed and the attendant fired. This will be the last time I use U Haul.

I very disappointed to show on time this morning to pick up my reserved 15’ Truck to be told that I did not have a reserved truck at that location. I certainly do not know how I can have a confirmation number, it is my app and have received confirming emails, but be told I did not have reservation. Tina at U-Haul customer service worked to resolve the issue, but it took over an hour to pick up my truck. This put me behind on my daughter’s team school project. Extremely frustrating and unbelievably poor customer service!!!
