It's interesting that you advertise the truck costs $29.95 but you don't mention that you charge $16.00 CDW but it doesn't say what that's for. I'd rather know when I rent it, that the gas tank is full and just fill it up again when it's returned as it's pretty iffy to know exactly how full it actually is when looking at the gas gauge.=, especially when the form is on the gas gauge, which isn't very accurate.

This was my first time using the service. When I picked up the vehicle, I confirmed with the staff whether I could return it to a different location, and I was told that it was allowed. Based on that, I proceeded with the rental. During the trip, I noticed that the seatbelt button was broken, although it did not affect its use. After finishing, we returned the car to a nearby location, but the staff there told us that we were not allowed to return it there and had to bring it back to the original pickup location. We tried calling customer service, but after waiting for a long time, we were unable to reach anyone. Meanwhile, our rental time was about to expire, so we had no choice but to drive an extra half hour to return the car to the original location. In total, we spent nearly $300, despite only driving around 50 km, and we even refueled the car ourselves. This was a very poor experience, and I do not think I will use the service again in the future.
