Created a reservation to pick up a truck, and then they relocated the truck 10 miles from where I requested. That’s okay, I understand, but then the truck pick up reservation got relocated to 20 miles away — what’s the point of even reserving then? And you charge by the mile? How is that my fault and something I have to pay extra for because you can’t honor a reservation? Once we called to fix this, I was set to a location to pick up , they told me the place didn’t close until 5 so I was going to pick it up before 5 to get the keys. Well, the place actually closed at 12 on Fridays, and there was no one there to give me my keys and no keys in the lock box either. Completely unbelievable.
