The entire process of getting the truck as they don't have.Actual staff at the location was a nightmare.It was difficult getting the information because I was a little late and I had been kicked out and I had to call the 18 hundred number to get a taking care of returning.The truck was also a nightmare.Because the app wouldn't behave properly so I couldn't check my trucking on my own.I had to call the 18 hundred number and take photos to get it.Taken care of. I have used U-Haul in the past from different locations. This was the shortest that I ever had.I picked it up at ten.I dropped it back off at one thirty.And the total has come to sixty two dollars, and change.That is excessive.I've gone much further, had trucks much longer.And the amount was not fair.It is not decent.I feel like it was upcharged and I was charged too much.I would never recommend this site to anyone.This was horrible experience
