Vehicle had bug splattered windshield and all windows and mirrors were dirty. I also had to make a return trip to the facility because previous renter left items in rental.

The location is supposed to open at 10:00 a.m. We are there until around 10:30 a.m. and no one was there. We ended up parking the U-Haul and dropping the key in the Dropbox. No big deal as we were charged what we should have been charged but if you open at 10:00 a.m. your location should be open at 10:00 a.m. This is the second time we have dropped off at U-Haul at this location and both times have been disappointing.

Made a reservation for 10:00am (store opening time), Veronica didn't get there until after 10:30am. Truck only had 1/4 tank of gas when I received it, returned it with 3/8 tank of gas and still charged the ridiculous refueling charges ($12.60 + $30.00). I am calling the corporate office because I expect a full refund of the fueling costs, $42.60. I will never rent from this location again!!!!!

The site itself was fine in general, however, I was trying to get a van with the app/website, and the site was being a royal pain. The site said that they couldn't take over and complete the checkin process, which was disappointing.

location was crap and the service from the people there was good but the level of service received by uhal has been terrible. When i reached the facility to receive my uhaul i had to wait almost an hour to get a truck cause the uhaul system was messing up and i had to cancel my reservation and redo it all. other than that everything was smooth.

I didnt use the truck return it right back.. Got charge the full price explain to them that i didnt get my keys and they said you still took the truck off the lot. They charged me a full day and i didnt have it long enough

The AC in the truck that I rented was not working properly at all - the blower was blowing but there was no air out the front vents, air was coming up from the front of the windscreen only and did not cool the interior of the truck at all!!! We drove 350 mile to and from Louisiana and the temp inside was over 90 deg, outside was 97 deg....... I have rented vehicles from you in the past and they have been great - really not sure what happened here....

The location was fine. How ever Uhal over-lapped my reservation with another customer's reservation. I got to the store @9:30aam. The representative was working with another customer. Once she got to me it was 9L45. I had a 6 hour rental which however the car was scheduled to be returned @ 3:00, shortening my rental by 45 minutes. .

We had to wait outside in the heat at 3:45 because their two employees locked the doors and were having lunch together instead of one servicing the client while the other ate. The uhaul was not clean inside and the air conditioner was not working.

No signs (that I saw) directing where to park the truck and trailer. Attendant finally came out and told me to turn truck/trailer around 180 degrees and back down a narrow driveway, park next to another vehicle transport. I managed to get about half way turned around and attendant noted that I could negotiate into next door parking lot and drive in from their lot. Did not help unhook (it was raining), did finally come over and say I did not have to move the truck to the truck parking location. Totally unfriendly and unhelpful!

When I pick the truck up they told me it was full of gas. However when I pulled out of the station I realized it was not full. I took a picture of the mileage and the gas gauge. I returned it full as not to be penalized. While returning the truck I was instructed to talk to Veronica who is the area manager. She promptly told me U-Haul does not give refunds and unfortunately there’s nothing she could do about it. She became rude and told me whatever and started hand talking me. There were two other girls working in the office with her and I told them I wasn’t mad however when you tell me there is nothing you can do about it and you’re the area manager now I have an issue

Every time I’ve come to this location they are off property this making me wait 15 minutes or more. Another customer drive up while I was waiting and said the same thing, they are never there when she arrives.

I have rented an auto hauler from multiple locations more than 10 times. This was my worst experience. This was the only time I got no help hooking up the trailer and unhooking up the trailer. The staff was rude, lazy, and uncooperative.

The location that I went to had a lady working there that was on a lunch break, people were waiting outside for 2 hours until she came back. We had to wait an hour past the time that we agreed upon because this person was on a lunch break. This person was sitting outside in her car taking her lunch time and she can literally see the people waiting for her to come back and sitting in the blazing sun. This was a bad experience
