Be less rude to customers. Have equipment at the place you said it would be and not 1/2 hour away. Be clear about hitch ball requirements before customer arrives so he does not have to drive across town to buy a new ball.Karl H.

The UHaul App (Android) was HORRIBLE. Very slow during pickup process and froze/crashed a few times. Took over 30 minutes. Return process was even worse. Had to uninstall/reinstall to get it to stay open and then would not accept any photo. Tried many many times, close/reopen app, reinstall, and would not work. Luckily my wife was there and was able to do the return from her iPhone. Took about an hour to return. Definitely not what you want after a long day of moving.GARY H.

The truck, location, and physical contents were great, no problems. The big issue is the Uhaul app. It doesn't work. I spent 45 minutes trying to check in and 20 minutes checking out. I gave up completing after I got my keys and same way returning because the app kept saying error. I don't think it is worth the effort trying to use electronic check in and out.DAVID W.

The person that owns the shop is a great person to get your equipment from nice person to visit.Patrick K.
Equipment was very damaged. While driving down to Florida a light fell off the tow dolly. Once we looked closer after getting the light we realized the light was screwed on with a single screw. Had to drive the rest of the 10 hour drive with only one light on the tow dolly. Online pickup and drop off was very confusing and time consuming. Could not find any clear instructions on how much gas needed to be in the vehicle and it made my drop off very stressful. It said it was specified in my contract but I could not find anything going over it.Irene D.

Truck windows very dirty -- spent quite a bit of time at home cleaning windshield, windows, mirrors. None of us drive this type of truck on a daily basis and poor visibility due to dirty windows is a safety risk.Sergio M.

Horrible service. The 24/7 UHaul app malfunctioned - after it notified me the rental was approved, it would not advance past that notification page which was same page on which payment option was selected. The person working at u haul site claimed he was unable to help me and I was on my own because I used the app. I asked for his help 3 times and got same response each time. Called u haul phone line and on hold 50 mins and then spent next 4 hours talking to 4 different agents prior to resolution. Terrible experience.John P.

I made a reservation with an international license, the system gives you the option when renting through the web and when taking the truck, in the app chat, they rejected it and I lost more than 30 minutes getting my son to drive , It is something unusual and also they charged me the original schedule, being that it delayed me many minutes due to the problem that I could not understand, that is why I had to extend the schedule and also I returned almost at the agreed time, but anyway they charged me for everything and the delay was because of the chat person who did not accept my license, I also had problems since I was delayed in the withdrawal that I had to makeAndres Y.

I was notified 4pm CST 12 hours before scheduled pick up the only equipment available was 80 miles in another state. Customer service representative yawned in my ear when I called for an explanation. I haver been telling everyone about my horrific experience. I even contacted the state's attorney general's office/consumer affairs/BBB/yelp. Uhaul- you should be ashamed.Rocco R.

I reserved the trailer online. Your system sent several confirmations with differing locations for pickup. The web site only showed Naperville. I went the the address on the last email and it was NOT the location where the trailer was.Bruce L.
