My reservation was changed from a large UHaul center in Montgomery to a small independent operator. I didn't appreciate the change, this wasn't convenient, but there was nothing else available. Mister Kwiks' owner was friendly and he hooked everything up. In my previous rental at Montgomery location, I had to hook-up the trailer myself. This was an improvement in having the professional do it.

John CWe used a 10 ft truck for 3 1/2 days to store our garage contents while we had the concrete garage floor coated and sealed. The truck sat in our driveway while we waited for the coating to cure. We picked up a clean truck that operated well. Mr Kwiks allowed us to add a driver and extend the number of days we had the truck without any fuss. Returning the truck was as easy as handing the keys to the employee! The invoice which we received the next day was correct so no follow up required on our end. A very easy interaction from start to finish.
