The App to express pick up was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! took over 1 hour! it was beyond frustrating


While moving hit rain storms when reached destination and unloading things were wet from leaky rooftop recliner, mattress along with boxes were wet.

Van was in great shape. The people renting were incredible. Very pleased with this experience. People at Mr Kwiks were very helpful.


1) Return policies not explained well. I was not told that if I return vehicle after hours, I must be on the premise in order to log into the U Haul website to return the vehicle. I was told to just drop the key in the box and call back the next day..Never was warn of a $20 fee for the service. 2) Van was not swept. It had mulch in the cargo area but otherwise clean. 3) Location was very convenient and hours on Saturdays afternoon is an extra extra plus!

The Agent was very helpful but there were no assistants to help him so people were waiting. The facility was small, with few amenities and accessories available. The trailer itself was functional but shabby in appearance (extensive dents, dirt, and rust).

I mistakenly rented the truck online and chose a remote (app only) rental. Not only was the man at Kwiks un helpful, he was really RUDE. It was a ridiculous experience and I would NOT recommend this location. Now that I know how to use the system, I might consider renting a truck this way again.

When I picked up the truck I said I was picking up and provided my name. The representative asked me what I was picking up and I said "a truck". He then said "Do I have to drag this out of you, what kind of truck?". Apparently he is only able to locate a reservation by the size truck that was reserved and not the customers name. Very rude and condescending.

Everyone I talked to on the phone about my reservation was unfriendly and not very helpful, except for the gentleman at Mister Kwiks. I was also charged twice for the third day's insurance. For whatever reason I paid for it upfront and was charged again for it even though I told you guys it was already paid. You all suck.

Virtual Check-in Process was super Clumsy, had to Call Customer Service twice, e-mail msgs. prior to pick-up were uninformative, counterintuitive, wasted 1 hour checking in Check-out was Clumsy too; UE not good When we finally got in the Road, the Truck was Super AWESOME It was like an Escape Room to get the Keys Overall...Poor experience Many Opportunities to Improve Thank You, +T.

Owner showed an exceptional interest in creating customer satisfaction. Rented 6x12 enclosed trailer, helped hook it up and then checked the back, he said he would blow out some of the dirt. I said it was ok but he insisted. Then he felt it still wasn't clean enough so he mopped it out, and the mop became really dirty. I didn't realize how dirty it was and was impressed how much pride he took in his equipment. Made the renting process very easy.

Gas wasnt "exactly" where the paper said it was. Yet i brought it back exactly where i how i got it. Yet i was still charged extra & my receipt DID NOT explain ??/say reason why!?. Its been 4days now,ive been meaning to call & inquire 'why?' Smh just been forgeting,moving's stressful enough, esp. R'now w'covid-19..etc.. just soo much going on, im just glad to be done with moving..but i will call them soon/like tomorrow lbs.

The gentleman behind the counter is excellent. I alsi did the online process prior to pick-up, i.e., submit scanned ID, questionnaire, etc., but it didn't seem to have expedited the pick-up process at all.
