Easy drop off. It's right off Washington Street. I was able to park a 26 foot truck right in front, no issues. I dropped off during closed hours though which means I have no way of knowing how busy this place is when it's open.

There was some issue with the booking. Somehow there were two bookings on my name. The truck number shown on my application was something else and the key in locker was for some other truck. Instead of helping the person was rude and taunting. Later gets the keys from some where else. Sorry but this was the worst service I have got from Uhaul. I will never go nor recommend this place to anyone. Totally unprofessional behavior.

We arrived to Mister Kwik's at 5:15 on the day of the drop off. As expected, they were closed so we really were not sure what to do with the trailer. We drove around to the back, unhitched and placed the trailer ahead of another similar trailer and left. I'd recommend placing drop off instructions for after hour drop offs so any confusion on the drop off would be eliminated.

I never got the trailer I ordered. Had to wait hours to use a smaller trailer and move late costing be extra money and time. Will never use uhaul again.

The clerk seemed to be more interested in talking on his cell phone than helping me attach a car transport to the uhaul. I understand that they are not allowed to tighten the straps on the tires, but it was a small and cramped parking lot and my first time driving a large truck and was told to do all the parking and car adjustments while he was on the phone. I was already late as the location was several miles further than the requested location. I was also told by the clerk that if returned earlier that some of the total would be refunded, which I found to be false upon drop off.

This location is crazy busy so it doesn't need my business next time. (1) U Haul decides it's a good idea to stick it to their customers by packing blanks and a two wheel dolly into each truck. I didn't want it there! It was totally in the way but could not be removed with out purchasing their rental fee. Which I needed the space so ......... (2) I have rented many moving trucks over the years from many companies. I am almost certain that every one of them came with a full tanks of gas. Your suppose to fill it before you bring it back. Easy! Right? This rental came, I was told, 3/8's full and needs to be 3/8's full when you bring it back. This is so wrong in many ways but the biggest is how am I sure to get anywhere close to the correct amount used back in the tank? Not falling into the scam of not being safe so you put in too much, I put in and average based on my miles used and 12 miles to the gallon. Nope! Turns out that there is a chart in your contract that shows, if you used this much gas you should put in this amount, mine was (4.40) gallons. It would have been nice to be told this at the moment of rental! But, Hey either way Uhaul wins. If you don't put enough in they charge you high gallan price at the end, and if you don't know the rules you put too much gas in to be safe. It's all about the dollars and cents at U Haul.

Truck needs to be retired. Front tires were wore out wheel vibration at 55,and transmission slipped during downshifting, did not feel safe to drive.

The pricing is WAY off, the $19.95 a day ad is misleading; my 9 hour registration cost $101 dollars. I won't use Budget if I can help it.
