AVEN KI did not have the pleasure to go in no one was on site but the drop off was seamless.
Kahmishia PI had a lot of difficulty picking up the vehicle. the on mobile app was not working. I would put my phone number in and it would take over 20 minutes to get my code which by then was expired. i stood out in the cold for an hour. Same problem on the return. Finally went to the website and used only email. mobile app was a total fail. location was not the problem.
