Don't say you don't have a particular vehicle that a customer wants and when they go get the other vehicle that they had to get in place of that one and then the one they wanted beyond the lot more than the one that they were supposed to get at this point. We wanted to 26 foot box truck when we made the reservation it said they were none at the union location so we took the 20 foot. When I went to go pick up the 20 foot box truck there were four or 526 foot box trucks on the lot so how there weren't any available for me to use has me quite puzzled

Tried to give me the wrong truck ( I had to get the key off the wall right behind him) and then had to get dolly myself from the back room. Other supplies I was supposed to get were not available, and at that point I was not interested in further interaction. I was re-directed to this site the day before, and I would avoid if at all possible.

GARY H.Easy to get to. All the other u haul rentals were out front so it was easy to see where you were supposed to park. We dropped off after hours and was able to easily to do the check out on line. You have to take pics so do not put your keys in the drop box till you take all of the pics needed. Ex- gas level and milage, pic of inside of truck to show how you left it and a pic of the back of the cargo area to show you didn't leave any trash/dirt/pet hair. Also to make sure you didnt add anymore scuffs to the outside. PAY ATTENTION TO EVERY NIC, SCUFF AND SCRATCH AND TAKE PICS WHEN YOU PICK UP so you aren't charged for damage you didn't do.

David T.Although the truck and equipment itself was clean enough, the truck was obviously not wiped down at all. This is a hazard with Covid. Also, I requested an itemized receipt and was emailed a document in a format that I cannot even open. It should be in PDF format.
