I put the gas back in that I was told to and had to return it early because the guy over booked his day so I get charged 64.00 which was fine and then the next day after he let someone else use the vehicle he charges my card 28 dollars more I’m not happy with this at all

This was a horrible experience and I will never use you guys again bc of what this location did to me. I will make it well known about what happened and how I was treated, and I know a lot of people in high places so I'm sure you will be informed through me, the better business bureau, and plenty of others who will be more than likely a big problem for you. I'm sorry if this was just a really horrible experience, and you guys are actually great people that just have a few crooks working under you but I hope you know that there incompetence has just made your job a lot harder!!!

I went in twice only to be told that I needed to wait on another employee to call me to make the actual reservation. I was told at another location that I couldn't get a 20' truck for several days because they only used 15' and 26' trucks for local moves. On the day of the rental, the contract was not done correctly resulting in my being called twice about being late in returning the vehicle. The site did not carry all of the normal Uhaul moving supplies so I had to go elsewhere for materials. Fortunately, I was able to retain the vehicle and finish my move as planned.

Offer ratchet straps and a two wheeler We used to move banker boxes, not furniture or household items and we had to buy ratchet straps to hold them in place.

Provide an employee who actually pays attention to the first hook-up of the trailer, someone who is actually watching me make the connections and not talking on his cell phone. When we returned the trailer, no one came to check it over.

Walked in to get the trailer, the man didn't even acknowledge I was even standing there. The reservation was for a trailer and an appliance dolly. The man wouldn't get up to go check to see if they even had a dolly. He had me go look through a back room only to find out they only had regular dollies. Went out to get the trailer hooked up found out they had no jacks on them not did he do a walk around to make sure that the trailer was in good shape. No assistance loading the heavy trailer.
