Couldn't talk to anyone, door was locked and didn't know if anyone was there, app kept screwing up and had to call.

We were charged for additional miles when U-Haul changed the location of the pickup to farther away from us. The location was extremely shady…was a “printing” business, pawn shop, and fireworks store where you had to get buzzed in and out. The person working didn’t appear to be happy that we were there to pick up and drop off. We dropped it off the day before it was due, he took the keys from us, and then we received an email the following day asking when we were going to drop it off. On a positive note, the person that I spoke to on the phone when they changed the location was very nice.

The man who helped us was great. Uhaul needs improvement regarding its scheduling system and the online check in. The man came in on his day off after seeing us on the camera. During the time we were waiting I was on the phone for over an hour because I was unable to check in to get my truck and every time I talked to someone they transferred me somewhere else. Thank god he showed up, Uhaul could do better.

Write boldly in how to drop off the key in the box because the top was to stiff for me to lift it. I had to call customer services before I was directed in what to do

Gas level was not at half, it was below that. Truck was too big, not what I booked. Truck was dirty. I was also asked to pick the truck up early so it threw my whole plan off. Very frustrated with how this whole experience went. The only good thing was a girl named Jessica that I spoke with several times and she was extremely helpful.

There’s a sign on the door with a number to call for “rental”…so without hesitation I called the number before I got out of my vehicle. A lady answered the phone and sort of rudely asked me why I didn’t just go in because someone was there. Of course I noticed another vehicle sitting outside, but I simply followed instructions…aside from that particular customer service, my actual UHAUL experience was amazing! I was able to extend my services from my phone when I realized I needed a few more hours to move. It was a minimal up charge, & just soooo convenient! Highly recommend
