The truck and car.\nTrailer, we were supposed to get was supposed to be in Lake Station.Not merrellville and they didn't even i have the trailer in the trailer and the trailer they sent us after was the wrong one.

arthur dHe was very respectful, patient and friendly. I will definitely go back to this location. However, UHaul could place better truck in his lot as they place in Merrillville and other locations outside Gary.
ernest cDid a mobile pickup the key provided was the wrong key for truck assigned! Truck was filthy smelled of marijuana and drove very slow, had broken wiper blades and loud!!
JACQUELINE WHe said i used 8 gallons of fuel and i didnt. Had to show customer service my beginning trip photo to get a refund on fuel. He was not present and gave me the wrong dolly. I got a utility dolly on my order but he gave me an appliance dolly and the dolly was not in the truck. He had me go looking through trucks for the dolly. And the truck he gave me, didnt have a dolly holder so it just slid around in the back. Very poor service from MLA Printing. Took me an hour to get the truck because no one was on site during operating hours. I will never use this location again.
