Couldn't talk to anyone, door was locked and didn't know if anyone was there, app kept screwing up and had to call.
Keith PWe were charged for additional miles when U-Haul changed the location of the pickup to farther away from us. The location was extremely shady…was a “printing” business, pawn shop, and fireworks store where you had to get buzzed in and out. The person working didn’t appear to be happy that we were there to pick up and drop off. We dropped it off the day before it was due, he took the keys from us, and then we received an email the following day asking when we were going to drop it off. On a positive note, the person that I spoke to on the phone when they changed the location was very nice.
