No one was there to drop off. Also- Hated the fact that I had to pay for 5 days and only needed 3 days. then Uhaul is texting me to return truck so someone else can use. Seems unfair that I had to pay for 5 days and someone else is using it paying also. Uhual is making double money off 1 truck.

DONALD HAt first the door seemed locked, so I went into the shop where there was a gentlemen working on a truck who flipped out because I interrupted him from working on his truck. If I wasn't in a hurry I would of left.

Robert AOnce we got there to turn in the truck we were helped right away. I realized I had been double charged for a few things and she went out of her way to make sure I got a refund on all of it so I didn't have to call corporate to get that worked out. This is run by an extremely friendly group of people. I would definitely rent from them again.

Claude HI asked for help at the front desk but was told that since I chose the mobile app they were unable to. I also didn’t receive the dolly that I ordered and they couldn’t accommodate me. I still got charged for it and it wasn’t in the truck. Overall my experience was ok.

Kemorion MHad to go 50 to pick up the rental, cab fare $120. The relailef first selected store closed instead of selecting retailer close by, I had to drive 50 miles away The the unload movers never confirmed date and time, called several times , the phone was disconnected, left email for time. Never got back with me. I had to hire another crew and your contractor showed up late in the afternoon with no initial call. I had to do something. They did not meet the contract agreement so they we not paid.

Jeanine KEverything went great all except for the gentleman's wife or the lady that worked in the office she was an older lady upon arrival I did Park right next to a establishment right next to theirs it was my first time there however her attitude on how she could let people know to move their vehicle so it would not be towed even though there were residential signs for parking she could have took it upon herself to have better customer service and a better attitude in letting people know instead of just yelling at them and having a rude attitude in front of my wife and my child however I will state that I will let people know about this establishment and that they do run a very good business and they do have very good U-Haul trucks however I am disgusted by her actions and attitude she could have took it upon herself to simply come over and stay to me and my wife you cannot park here the parking is over here she did not do that but instead had a rude attitude like she was having a bad day it does not matter if you're having a bad day or not you do not treat customers that way.

Megan LTruck was at different location than I wanted and over 45 minutes away. Truck was dirty, seats were sticky, windshield dirty. I wanted a 15’ truck which was not available when I made the reservation and now I have to make another trip to get the remainder of my items over 660 miles round trip. Nicole , the reservation manager (over the phone) was rude. This was a horrible experience.
ELIOT HThe truck seemed alright at pickup, but once loaded and starting down the road it became apparent there was a bad sound in the engine and the driver’s door would not stay closed. This truck should not have been given to a customer in this condition.

SHYANN GScheduled a 26ft truck for 5-22 to 5-24 and once I checked in to pick up the truck it was changed to a 24hr reservation. I told the lady at the drop off my reservation with the dates and was still forced to return the truck earlier than my reservation was for. Moving is stressful enough without this nonsense.

QUENTIN AI was never informed that the pick-up location was changed, even though the clerk said it showed I had been. Fortunately, the alternate location was very close. Please do a better job of confirming your customers know the change has been made. A phone call or text is preferable to an email.
Matthew MThe gentleman running this location is a great man. He was personable and great to deal with. He cares to help you and connects with customers. I appreciate his help with my rental to grab wood for my home projects as I don't have a truck to grab larger amounts of wood.

Samantha SNo one was at the office. The door had a sign on it saying they were out of the office indefinitely. We spend 45 minutes on the phone with customer service to resolve the issue.

Chris NPlease ensure all windows, mirrors and operator items are fully working. The previous rental I got the drivers windows was off the track and could not be used and this rental the passenger's side mirror could not be adjusted leaving me only able to see the box of the truck ob the passengers side. Also the U-Haul app needs to be fixed so it is working as it should so cusotmers do not end up having to call in cause of freeze ups and reloads or the website taking forever to move to next page.
RUSSELL DThe truck smelled of cigarette smoke when we first entered the car and started driving. There was a tree air freshener hung off the steering wheel to combat this. The truck had a hard time changing gears and the transmission is probably on the way out. Not about the location specifically but I had difficulties with the app and the online website when picking up and dropping off my truck. I had to call customer service both times. Customer service was very helpful.
