The truck brakes screamed at each use. At 55 mph the truck started bouncing and shaking violently, the transmission slipped at a light when I had to slow down and then accelerated when the light turned green and the location attempted to SCAM me upon return of the vehicle! They claimed the vehicle was returned low on gas and charged fourteen dollars and change for fuel. I had taken a timestamped photo of the dashboard upon dropoff, thankfully !I called the go uhual number, they sent an email, I replied with the photo and the money was refunded. The woman, Heather, on the phone was amazing! I received a refund within a few minutes on the call. I will not use the Southmoore Drive location ever again!
