There was no clear places to park a 20 foot truck. Instructions were to “park legally”. Not sure what that means when trucks are parked everywhere and in various directions. There was no staff because it was after hours so it is a no but not because they were unhelpful. It would helpful in this survey to have a not applicable option.

STEVEN JRented the 6x12 trailer but did not realize the ramp to the trailer was 10" shorter on both sides making it worthless to pick up my golf cart. Rented the trailer and got it home only to have to borrow my neighbors anyway. Waist of my time and money. Maybe the description for this particular trailer should be more accurate to avoid the waisted expenses on your clients end.
