I originally had another reservation for 178 W Roy Parker Road. I got there about 15 min early and the location was closed and they didn't appear to have the trailer. I already had called earlier that day to have my reservation moved from dothan Al because it was an hour away from me. The manager from the original location said he would come back to let me get the trailer and he never called. Luckily we saw this store and they had a trailer. This experience was horrible until I make it to this location and they saved the day. Also customer service hung up on me twice and didn't call back. Should rate lower but the store I got the trailer from and returned it to were great. Everything beforehand just sucked!!! Also the trailer was unbalanced and should have been checked.
JAMES DDale and Brad were wonderful. I was late getting to them and they waited...no problem and were very accommodating. I would trust them with all of my U Haul needs! Thank you guys!
