Great location, staff was super friendly which isn’t expected from a gas station (or any Uhaul pickup). These trucks are tanks, used a lot of gas but was able to pack all my stuff in one load (10’, 1 br). Easy to drive which was a relief. Highly recommend the location! They also do Indian smelled amazing will be back for just the food—I am moved thank god
Willow EVery easy and fast to just drop by, pick up a trailer for your load around town and drop it off when done. Joe or his wife are always manning the gas station so available at nearly all hours. Take home a dinner of Indian food! Always a good experience and convenient location.

BRAYDEN GOffer to bring a trailer to the same location you rented it from. It wasn’t a good experience having to go 62 miles one way to pick it up. I lost three hours in doing so.

CHRISTOPHER HHave staff on duty to assist customers with trailer removal . Customer should not be responsible for parking trailer in the exact spot. Nor should the customer have to do all the labor of moving trailer from hitch ! This was a hassle &had to argue with receptionist . She eventually called her husband to help me. Did not deserve her attitude towards the situation.
MICHAEL TCentral U-Haul 888-721-2705 jtold me to take the trailer to Sequim Outdoor Options 41 Gilbert Rd Sequim, WA 98382, but they were full and told me to go to Mobil 101--not a lot of extra driving, but across a busy highway. Kinda inconvenient.

Rebekah AI tried to pick up a trailer that I reserved. I rent a LOT of equipment from you. I had an E-Alert saying not so rent to me. Calling into E Alert, they told me I had an outstanding balance of $11. I had spent several hours on the phone previously getting this erroneous charge removed (along with significant late fees). If I had an outstanding balance, why wasn't I notified? You have my email and phone number. Putting me on the Bad Boy list for $11? :-(

KAYTLIN Vthis is no reflection on the owner, but why doesn't UHAUL website list the drop off location I have in town in Sequim? then making me pay an extra fee for changing my drop off location seemed in really poor taste

CHRISTI MThe passenger side review mirror was loose and no amount of adjusting would keep it from not moving while on the road. I was going to Port Townsend and stopped by the U-haul place and they tried to tighten it down and eventually used tape to keep it from moving, but that didn't work either. I notified the person who I returned the car to so hopefully that have fixed the issue.
MICHELE GThe truck was perfect for picking up our new dinner table and 8 beautiful dinner chairs. The weather was marginal, so we rented a box truck. It worked out well. Ez to drive!

DONALD BIt's ok, but you need signage to 1) indicate that this location is actually a drop-off location and not a random gas station and 2) direct the uhaul renter where to park the vehicle for drop off.

James BThe trailer was not maintained at all. Covered in oily residue, discovered that after we left, that the surge brakes did not work right. I had a time line to keep and could not stop.
TED RGood selection of equipment; easily accessible trailers for hook up and drop off. Good location from highway. Rapid checkout with pre-checkout completed on line - in and out in 5 minutes. Return was a little longer with a computer issue on check in. Nothing to worry about - I would use them again.
Jack HI rented a 6x12 trailer and there isn’t a jack on the front of it so to hookup, you have to lift the trailer. The tongue is very heavy and not easy to get hooked up.

Jill KU-haul should provide a high lift jack for customers to use in attaching trailers on to their truck. With the two of us, we were unable to lift the tongue of the trailer and had to get additional help. Thanks, Katheryn Miller

Alex FRental Pick Up Location was good, however………Corporate U-Haul at the last minute notified us that the 26 foot truck we had agreed to rent was not available at this location and would have to be substituted with a 20 foot truck and 10 foot trailer instead. This change on corporate U-Haul’s part, created significant problems loading, resulting in extra labor costs. It also created a very difficult driving situation as the overall length was significant creating constant numerous parking hassles both at hotels, and food stops, to say nothing of the increased danger of pulling a trailer over 1,500 miles of highways. The result was a nightmare of a trip and experience as it was much, slower especially in California, It decreased the gas mileage, thus increasing our cost and adding frustration and safety issues over the entire trip resulting in a very unpleasant rental experience once we left the lot. The Pickup location representative was positive, and efficient, but the corporate need to change rental equipment created an overall horrible experience during the trip. We expect a response from Corporate U-Haul to compensate us for our extra expenses and hassles. Despite repeated phone calls, we have yet to receive return calls.

Jack wActually, I thought we would pick up the truck in Port Townsend where I lived but, the day before our pickup, I was told we needed to pick it up in Sequim. My son/family drove up from Seattle and picked it up at Sequim and they loved the scenery on the drive up so they didn't mind going there. It all worked out very well.
SONJA STruck had a check engine light and the ignition key required finagling to turn. Location was great though!

Katherine SThe truck was in moderate condition. No cruise control and steering had a lot of play in the steering wheel, requiring a very tight grip while driving. Wiper blades fell apart during our relocation; fortunately, we only had 3 short periods of time that we encountered rain. Dark exhaust for first 1200 miles. There was a game and old lock left in truck, and it had lots of dents and scratches. Very rough and noisy; picked up a lot of road noise. Our power cords to recharge our IPad and IPhone did not work in the outlets in the truck. Since this location was also a gas station & convenience store, the owner had to wait on customers while trying to check us in. He used a personal laptop computer and cell phone to check us in; made us a little nervous that he took pictures f our drivers licenses with his cell phone. Unprofessional way of doing business.

CAROL KOur experience was great. I don't think there is anything to improve on. Angela is awesome to work with. She is prompt, friendly and follows through. The location itself was also great along with the gentleman that checked us in and out. If we ever have a need again. we will be using U-Haul.
