colin wThe U-Haul app is a frustrating part of the experience. The pictures failed to load, then I received a message saying I am absorbing all kinds of extra risk for damages because i couldn't upload photos... that's a terrible experience to put your customers through because your app doesn't work well. just ask them to take their own photos.. maybe just do that in general. also the app just takes too long to navigate and use, it did for me and it did for the uhaul assistant (who was friendly and kind by the way). I honestly bet its twice as fast to enter data manually on a sheet of paper and then re-enter it somewhere digitally...

Debbie MWe had a fine experience picking up the trailer at the Taylor Cutoff location, but we had a better experience actually registering for it and having our questions answered completely at the Lee Creek Road location. The couple at the Taylor Cutoff are just a pickup location and didn't interact as much.
