We had a fine experience picking up the trailer at the Taylor Cutoff location, but we had a better experience actually registering for it and having our questions answered completely at the Lee Creek Road location. The couple at the Taylor Cutoff are just a pickup location and didn't interact as much.

kW RAlthough my contract said to drop off there I was told there wasn’t room and that I’d have to drop off at another location in town which was thankfully not too far away but still out of my way and not what my contract said. I was happy to do it but this isn’t typical for other times that I’ve rented from U-Haul.
Robert GJoe checked us in. Fast and friendly service. Location is easy to get into and you can fill the U-Haul with gas.
