I ordered a U-Haul dolly and paid for it, but the location didn’t have the equipment available when I arrived. There was no one there to help us, the system was extremely slow, and the staff didn’t seem to know how to handle the process. It was a terrible experience. I spoke with the manager, but the response was unhelpful and quite disrespectful.
