They were closed when I dropped off. Your app was broken and so was your web page. Trying to return the trailer by phone, I was put on hold for well over an hour, only to be disconnected & have to go through that process again.

First of all agent didn't know the difference in a 20ft and 26ft truck, agent called and told me truck doesn't start and I should bring my own battery charger? Really ok so I did and the truck starts just fine when you know how to properly start a vehicle with glow plugs( she needs more training) I was also told she was giving me a discount for all my troubles but $10 off is not really a discount when I have to be responsible for getting truck started and the back loading door unfrozen.

Dealt with 3 locations. 22 Atlas Ct Madison WI - fantastic group of people. Excellent customer service. Very helpful in answering question. 600 Division St De Forest WI - picked up the truck. Very positive customer service person. Pick up easy and quick 5303 S State St Murray UT - drop off of truck - absolutely no issues dropping off. Quick and easy

U-Haul screwed up not having 24/7 access to this location even though the website allowed it. That's a major blunder and messed up a person's itinerary. However, Kayla at U-Haul listened and rectified situation professionally with the credit and the on-site personnel were accommodating and professional

Although the people at the pickup location were very nice and professional I am not happy that I had to drive all the way from Wisconsin Dells to the pickup location ,53 minutes there and 53 minutes back to the Dells to load my golf cart. Then drive the 2 hours back to Illinois along the same route I had to use for the pickup.I reserved the trailer a week in advance and this was the closest location for pickup? I was not happy and would caution other customers to beware of your policy.

I have rented many trucks. most of the time it is a pain. The location does have the truck, I can't get it on the day I rented it. This location was GREAT!. Very fast, very courteous, very helpful.

The staff at Mobil Gas and Storage was simply outstanding. With a thunderstorm looming, the staff hooked up our moving truck and tow dolly, working in the cold rain and wet parking lot to ensure that everything was attached properly for a 1,400-mile trek to Florida. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. We are grateful for the help and highly recommend this location.

We rented a uhaul in downtown Madison and received an email confirmation. When we arrived at the scheduled time we were notified that the location had changed to another location 30 mins away in Waunakee. This added an hour of driving to pick up the uhaul at the new location and then drive back to downtown Madison. Both locations apologized and confirmed that this change had not been communicated to me.
