Process very smooth and customer service wes excellent. If you need a hand cart, double check availability even though on reservatioin. The rep that helped me was excellent and moved the truck around as needed and did a very thoural walk through of the vehicle.

Douglas GWe had to pick up are truck 30 miles from the pick up spot we wanted. I requested an appliance dolly a week prior to the truck pick up the same time I reserved the truck to find out the store we picked up at didn’t have any dolly’s at all. We went to a different store to get an appliance dolly to find out there “computers were not working”. It made moving are washer and dryer really fun! Terrible experience.
