Had truck reserved for 9:00 am time and did pre check-in on Uhaul site. Wasn't until after 9:45 am when we got the truck and was charged for 2 rental periods since we went over the 8 hour mark by 29 minutes.

Proprietor was late, causing me to lose a half hour of my movers' time. In addition, no hand truck was provided, despite my requesting one. This meant that I had to make two trips since I only had my mover for three hours, doubling my milage and my gas. When I complained, all I was told was "Nothing I can do. Nothing I can do." The person at the location spoke only minimal English and seemed to be completely uninterested in my problem. Not even sure if he understood it.

Have somebody there that doesn't use the f word and knows what they're doing. She told me to go find someplace else...I had a reservation and I checked in the day before. When I came back to drop the keys off, she locked the door. She was horrible and so rude I couldn't believe it!!!!!!

I was at the wrong pick up location and the attendant went out of his way to help me cancel the other pick up and be able to get the truck at the location I wanted! Very patient and polite!

wasn't a very friendly place but pretty clean overall. The guy who helped me return the truck was very quiet or not good at communicating. i had to ask him my questions about 3 times before he would answer me. then at one point in the middle of the transaction he just walked outside and when i asked him where he was going he didn't respond. then came back in after inspecting the truck for a moment. i said, is everything ok. he didn't answer, so again i said the same thing. then he mumbled to himself before saying, your all good bro, thanks. you can go.

I made reservations to pick up track at 8am and when I called on the day of pick up I was told to come back at 12pm because the owner of the store was not available. I went back at 12 pm the owner of the store who helped me was so rude and ended up giving me a track with a graffiti painting and when I asked to change to a track that had no graffiti he refused yet they were extra tracks outside his store. He told me if I did not want the track he was ready to cancel my contract. Very poor customer service skills.

The note to location stated I needed a major credit card to release vehicle. If that is the case then tell me on the phone. Visa card from Navy Federal is a major credit card. Next time I go to uhaul and they say same thing. I'll go elsewhere. Thank you!

The system did not register my full , order, it took an hour to return my truck. The attendant was on the phone in Indian the whole time and required I pay in cash.

Have dollies available, cheaper prices.we had to drive 20 miles out of the way to get a truck and was suppose to be given to us at one price and we were charged 200dollars more and very little gas

Pickup location kept changing, like 4 times. Online reservation seemed to go smoothly, but next day started getting emails and phone messages galore. Crazy. At pickup loc, it was as if I was a walk- in. Everyone I was in contact with was very friendly, though.

This was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had renting from Uhaul. I have rented from Uhaul many times, but now will take my business elsewhere so I never have to encounter an experience like this again. It looks like this location only has 1 truck, and I rented it. No one knew how to do the paperwork, and seemed extremely inconvenienced by me renting the equipment from them. When I came to pick up the truck at my scheduled time, the truck was parked in back covered in snow and ice. In below zero temperatures I started it up and had to spend about 20 minutes de-icing it before I could drive it. Then I had to back it out of the snowbank that it was buried in. When I came to return the truck, the girl behind the register yelled an explicative and complained to her friend that was sitting behind the register with her. As she was trying to get me checked out, there was a problem and the system kept trying to charge me thousands of dollars. She couldn't figure it out, and went about to helping other costumers for about 15-20min. After a while she figured out that she had entered an extra digit in the mileage and I was eventually charged the correct amount in the end. All in all, this experience made an already stressful day of moving even worse. I would most definitely recommend not renting from this location, and also not renting from Uhaul if they allow places like this to carry their name.

We rented a truck 2 blocks from our house then at the last minute had to drive 5 miles to and from another place, adding mileage and time to our move. The place we rented from was dirty. The man who took care of us was tottaly incompetent. He could barely read the computer screen and his communication skills were terrible. He was the only person in the building which meant he left it unattended to go check on the truck. It took us 45 minutes to get the truck and we were his only customer when we got there. We have used U-Haul several times in the past including cross country moves, but never again. It was am awful experience.

I called Uhaul on Friday afternoon to reserve a 14' truck. I was told a price and the miles that I needed and was told to pick up he truck from the Mobile location on Sheridan Road. Little did I know that all of this would occur... I spent over 45 minutes in this location just to pick up the Uhaul because of miscommunication from Uhaul and Mobile. It took 3 phone calls from my end to try and get what I was told. I waited for them to give me the price and mileage that I was told over the phone the previous day. When I went to return the Uhaul 8 hours later I dealt with a worker who had not the slightest clue what she was doing to return a Uhaul to that gas station. She was rude, and I waited there for AN HOUR just to return the truck!!! She could not figure out the computer system, and I was left to fend for myself by calling the uhaul location on 39th avenue who lead me to the customer support center. After an hour of waiting she told me I was fine to leave, but she could not print me a receipt because she did not know how to work the printer as well. The lack of communication between employees and locations was terrible. Everything was so unorganized and it wasted 2 hours of my day. I will NEVER rent from Uhaul again or even use this Mobile location to get gas or any merchandise for that matter.

The tires on the truck were old and appeared to be dry rotting. The truck was in need of a front end alignment. In addition, the truck reeked of manure, either from hauling or perhaps being run through a field.

The business was supposed to open in time for us to pick up our truck by 7 am. I even called the day before to confirm. He didn't show up until 7:30 and we had already tried to get a truck from another location. We had movers coming from out of state and they had to wait for us. The man serving us was very nice once he arrived, but I don't recall him apologizing for opening up so late. Everyone that I dealt with from U-Haul on the various phone calls that I had to make were extremely polite and helpful. You obviously have well-trained and qualified phone personnel for your business!

Clean the back of the trucks. There was broken glass and dirty bathroom items in the back.

The brake light kept coming on, the truck needed new brakes and shocks. The guy we picked the truck up from had no idea about anything and didn't have the appliance dolly that we ordered. But overall it got the job done.

The person staffing this location had no idea how to accept a returned truck. I can only trust (hope) that it was properly processed after I left it locked in the parking lot and turned the keys over.

They tried thier best but the data infrastructure systems they needed to use for U-Haul were slow and not very helpful. We are well into the 21st century now, but many of the processes used by U-Haul are more like the 19th.

The person we handed keys over to really wasnt trained in how to recieve a uhaul truck after use, i felt that this was not good customer service. That being said she was friendly enough!!

took over an hr to get my truck two people behind the counter and neither new what they were doing. not there fault because they were never trained. with the experience I had with everything not just the place I.picked up my truck I dont think I will.be using uhaul again

Staff (admittedly) not trained on procedures, multiple calls necessary to complete the transaction. Older man behind the counter had an attitude that this service was something "the boss" dumped in their laps and that I was imposing on him. Small signage and no trucks made it hard to see that it was the correct location, even in daylight. I did not realize location was a gas station until I got there, and when I told them I didn't need gas to return the truck to the original level, they were a bit condescending about that and warned me about the fill-up fees. Nevertheless, they made sure to do a good and thorough (if slow) job so overall I am not unhappy with the experience.
