When I arrived to pick up my truck, that I had reserved on-line, the man behind the counter told me to talk to the lady that had just left the store. I found the lady in the parking lot and asked her to help me with picking up the truck. She told me that she had just started in Kenosha, and she didn't understand why I wanted to pick up a truck at that location. She was very confused and confusing to me. I went back inside and the man behind the counter was talking to someone on his cell phone. He handed me the cell phone to talk to the man he had been talking to. The man on the cell phone asked me to download the back and front of my driver license, which I did. He then told me to give the phone back to the man behind the counter. I did that and was given the key to the truck. I went outside to get the truck and my husband told me that while I was inside the store, the lady I talked to in the parking lot (thinking she worked for U-Haul) had asked him for $5.00. When he told her he didn't have it, she then solicited him for a sexual favor. He did not have anything to do with her, and I don't know what she was doing there, but the whole situation made me uncomfortable. I would not recommend anyone to deal with that place, because of the experience I had.

Guy at the counter would not give the keys to us even though we reserved beforehand
Claudia BWhen I went to pick up the truck, the guide didn't know how to do the computer stuff on the phone with the signing. And then the truck on top of it, he had $80 on if the trucks for the insurance, when I already said, I had insurance, and I had a cupboard. They gave me a truck to the gas tank was only 3 fourths filled open the back of the truck. The truck was completely dirty, so yeah. I'm not too happy. And I think I should get some of my money back because a three fourth tank gas and b.It wasn't clean at all plus the truck didn't run the right way.
michael kThe truck we reserved was not at the location it was supposed to be at. We had to rent a much larger, more expensive truck and we were delayed 30 minutes. The acessories The staff at this location was very helpful.
