The place is a gas station and uhaul.... We couldn't get service cause gas customers were coming in

Marcus CRented a dolly, was charged for a dolly, no dolly onsite. Although requested check at counter. Had to perform the steps on my own and send a picture of the dashboard to an unknown person via WhatsApp.
