Moctezuma Appliance Resale pick up location was great. But the first UHaul location we went to for pick up was below average. I believe it was U-Haul Moving & Storage of Terrace Oaks. I had gone online to order a truck rental with insurance and saw there was 1 truck available in the size I needed at the Terrace Oaks location. But I wanted to see the truck in person to make sure it would be big enough for my needs before purchasing. I was able to look at the truck onsite but was then told the truck wasn't available. Then I was charged double the price I had been quoted online and sent to pick up the truck 2 miles further down the road. When I arrived at the other pickup location (Moctezuma) I was informed insurance was not on my order so I had to pay an additional amount for insurance that I thought I already paid for. Not happy about the price doubling and if it was because I needed to finalize the online order instead on in store, I should have been told.

Raymona WThe rental lady was real nice and helpful. The 19.99 is a gimmick! It held $100 and when I got back it was an extra $74. I thought the rental came with some type of mileage and then you pay extra if you go over? The mieage is definitely different it adds up fast and quick. Sof if you renting a U-Haul only go around the corner lol.

AARON SCheck trucks before you let people drive away, my life was put in danger due to unsafe vehicle/truck I rented from 5his location. They are very unorganized
VALERIE MFist of all, we were charged for 4 days when we only needed the rental for 1 and atop that, the trailer that we were given did not have functioning brake lights or turn signals. It turned out to be very dangerous driving from Colorado to Texas this way.
