This went perfectly well. I would have appreciated some kind of physical receipt when I handed the keys over, but the U-Haul staff was not available so another employee took the key and directed us where to park the vehicle. We got the email receipt from UHaul soon thereafter when the right person came back and processed the return.MICHAEL R.

I dropped the vehicle off 3 hours after renting it and late in the evenining received text messages from Uhaul saying that i had returned the vehicle in NC which is over a 10 hour drive from where i had rented the local vehicle...BRIANWILFRED O.

I was yelled at and sworn at by Jeremy at the rt 9 location in poughkeepsie next to the IHOP. Then I called customer service 3 times before any thing was done about it. I don't believe he was held accountable for his actions. Bc of Jeremy I had to cancel my reservation of a small trailer for a 10 ft box truck. I was told by a CSR named Jamie that she would include the price of a tow Dolly into my 10ft box truck but when the time came I still had to pay for it. You guys are rude and professional liars by the looks of it. I went from $300 to almost $1000 bc of this fuck up. I had to pay a $57 toll for the 2 vehicles and tow Dolly. God knows how much my EZpass was charged in total bc of the damn tow Dolly. I've told everyone I know about my experience and have left several reviews about it. I will never stop telling people to avoid Uhaul as a company for the rest of my life. The guy I dealt with in person to pick up my stuff were cool though.Steven G.
