The cashier was very nice & helpful but the whole experience was not good. First of all, I was lucky my boyfriend was with me as he has to put the trailer on my hitch as there was no one there to do it. We had a hard time with the system both in the store & on my app in doing the transaction, so I could pay, so we were there about an hour. My boyfriend also realized there was no pin in the hitch that keeps it from coming off the tow ball, so we went to a hardware store & bought what we needed to be sure it didn't pop open& come loose from my vehicle.
