I dropped the trailer off on the 5th. They didn’t check not check it in until the 6th. Charged me $20 plus $8 for Insurance. Thieves

Brenda CMake sure the rentals are clean and ready for the next customer. The trailer was filthy with dirt and mud. I had to clean the trailer before I could use it. And the business office is filthy. Unfortunately an overall bad experience.

Justice MThe trailer was unsafe . The wires fried the back end of car . Leaving us sitting in unsafe location for 6 hours . Trailer detached from vehicle after the guy hooked it up . Will never use this location again
CRYSTAL PWe do not recommend using this location. We rented a truck from them and went 21 miles. We added 2 gallons of fuel to the truck just before returning it which left the tank exactly at the level it was when we picked it up. After returning the truck we got an email receipt showing they charged us $8.55 for 2 gallons of gas. We called them to make them aware of the error and the man was extremely rude and refused to remove the charge claiming the trucks get 8mpg, even thought it is stated on google and uhaul site that it gets 10mpg. This is not the first issue we have experienced with this location and if we need uhaul again in the future, we will go out of our way to use another location.

Willie YThe owner of this U-Haul franchise is awesome. He is professional, always has my equipment ready, and has a great sense of humor.
JEREMY BTruck was dirty, cup holders filthy. Windows were smeared with sweaty prints. Truck was old w/over 120k miles on it and shook, A/C barely ran. There were newer trucks parked nearby & ready to go. Maybe because I am a woman but I don’t recommend this store.

DAN SI always use this location. They are friendly and very easy to do business with. Cleanliness of the building? It’s hard to tell with all the non related moving items in the store.

LORIE WThe drivers side visor was broken and was continually falling blocking my view. Also, the check engine light came on and stayed on throughout my return trip home. The seat was ripped up and not comfortable for long distances. I was extremely disappointed in the vehicle most especially since the price was $186. M. Shepard

JAKE LTruck had a exhaust leak which would affect gas mileage, and when I went back for another rental they told me my truck couldn't pull the little 2 car trailer and denied me Although uhaul said it would work and rented me another one miles away same day
REY VIt’s the oddest location I’ve ever been in. On top of the rentals, they sell antiques, plants, some household goods, a few hygiene products, etc. Old, filthy, etc. I do not plan to go there again. The customer service was rough. Both employees seemed to avoid interaction with clients as much as possible.

CANDACE WThe office is a little ratty, but the trucks are readily available and the checkout and checkout was seamless. No pressure or upsell and the owner was helpful with any questions or concerns. Overall an excellent rental.
Scott RProcess was super easy and truck was clean however it drove very roughly, a lot of jerking and jumping during acceleration and felt like speed wasn’t building almost like transmission needs straining. Other than that it was fine, great for local short distance moves wouldn’t recommend long distance
