Fine location and the man was helpful. The actual pull behind enclosed trailer had a bad shimmy between 20 and 30 mph when unloaded. Made me consider going back and exchanging it for another. Once loaded it did fine.

JUSTIN DThe drop-off location needs a lot of work. It was a dirt lot. There was no bay to turn in the trailer, and the lady just said, "Park it anywhere you see fit." She did not go over my returned equipment. She did not look at my paperwork. I think only one person worked there and lived behind the building. Then I was surprised with a bill later that evening, stating I had a late fee and my card was already charged.
