Get rid of MovingHelp.com. They are simply without any care or concern nor do they even have a customer service number to call if a problem occurs. They stink and do not represent U-Haul in a very favorable way. Get a new vendor before they bring down the U-Haul name.

The gentleman charged me extra on insurance and something else. When i asked him about it he told me to just bring it back and take my ass some where else. He was very rude. If your going to have someone working for you then they need to respect customer. I would like someone to contact me please.

The mileage that was promised over the phone was 89 it end up be 67 miles and have to pay extra that wasnt expected. Also the location of drop off was not the same discussed but stephanie with customer service resolved that nice and smooth.

There was a system issue so checking in actually took about an hour longer than expected but they also didn’t do a walk around check which made dropping off the truck harder because previous damage was not accounted for.

location experienced a WiFi loss, I called uhaul Customer Service and was on hold 31 minutes before a person answered. I had the location rep talk to the Customer Service on my phone. I waited for WiFi to be restored another 30 min. Not fun
