The staff member that helped us was extremely unprofessional. He was not around the office when we arrived and we had to go looking for him on the property after waiting for about 15 minutes. Weird and odd jokes. Not sure if he was joking or not. He took a phone call on a headset while helping us that turned extremely awkward not knowing that he was messing with a spam caller. And then questioned us about why we seemed unhappy. Will not be using this location again.
Julia PLee Manning was a pleasure to deal with! He was courteous, helpful, and kind. I will definitely rent from him, if the need arises, in the future .
