Douglas MYour people were friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable, my experience was very good. There was a very large selection of vehicles and equipment and this U-Haul will be my go to for all my future needs
Mark WThe u haul app is cumbersome. It took us over 40 minutes to just check the car out! I could not sign in to app the night before and was having a lot of difficulty on day of trip. This app is not intuitive and there should be a warning ahead of time that there are many steps to checking the cars out.what was already going to be a stressful move turned into more unnecessary stress and delayed our start. People were counting on us to be on time and we were not.
