Don't screw up the initial reservation. You sent me to a closed business. I was already stressed dealing with the death of my daughter 2 days earlier and trying to move some of her things. This mistake was catastrophic at this time

Pick up location did not connect our chains to car with tow dolly. No instructions given on speed not to exceed 55mph. Tires on car turned because no seat belt around steering wheel. I thought my car was damaged and spent an hour on phone until we were able to secure it properly. Car didn't start once at destination due to improper set up.

Watch your final receipt, take photos of your starting and ending mileage and I'd suggest you use a mileage tracker on your phone. Overcharged for mileage.

I was trying to clean the windshield with the wipers until I realized the dirt was on the inside of the windows. It has definitely been a while since this vehicle has seen its interior cleaned in the least, a pretty low bar to set in my opinion. I cleaned the windows inside and out. And though the staff is nice enough, the office is like quite rundown and oddly a flea-market of sorts.

We were over charged for gas. We drove 50 miles. I put back in 3/8 of a taken, basically 5 gallons and they charge me for an additional 3 gallons. We are going to have a conversation about this problem. This has not only happened to me but others. Do not us the location

When arriving to the location, the two employees did not acknowledge my presence when entering into the store/office. I don’t even think they made eye contact. They mumbled “pull into the back and drop off the trailer next to another one…” I had my paperwork and contract in hand waiting for them to inspect the trailer but they could not have cared less. I asked them to inspect it so I would be able to verify its condition at drop off but they didn’t care about it. Plus the office area was not only dirty, smelled of dust and wet dog (they had a small dog just running around), they could have been a little more professional.
