LORIE WThe drivers side visor was broken and was continually falling blocking my view. Also, the check engine light came on and stayed on throughout my return trip home. The seat was ripped up and not comfortable for long distances. I was extremely disappointed in the vehicle most especially since the price was $186. M. Shepard

JAKE LTruck had a exhaust leak which would affect gas mileage, and when I went back for another rental they told me my truck couldn't pull the little 2 car trailer and denied me Although uhaul said it would work and rented me another one miles away same day
REY VIt’s the oddest location I’ve ever been in. On top of the rentals, they sell antiques, plants, some household goods, a few hygiene products, etc. Old, filthy, etc. I do not plan to go there again. The customer service was rough. Both employees seemed to avoid interaction with clients as much as possible.

CANDACE WThe office is a little ratty, but the trucks are readily available and the checkout and checkout was seamless. No pressure or upsell and the owner was helpful with any questions or concerns. Overall an excellent rental.
Scott RProcess was super easy and truck was clean however it drove very roughly, a lot of jerking and jumping during acceleration and felt like speed wasn’t building almost like transmission needs straining. Other than that it was fine, great for local short distance moves wouldn’t recommend long distance

ZARAH STruck was old and smelled on an interior exhaust leak. Had to drive with the windows open to not get light headed. Upon return and report to the dealer, they did not seem to care.
MICHAEL EDrop off facility was good, employee was friendly and personable, but again was not the facility I chose with my online registration, I found out that afternoon my new drop off point, in a city I didn’t know, which ended up 35 minutes away and passed a few U-Haul drop offs along the way

Johnny AThe service was fine in terms of rapid attention to our reservation. The team was quick with readiness for check out and check in. That was great! The truck cab was reasonably clean, but the ride was so bumpy that it was unpleasant - a 26-foot truck. When it hit 35 miles per hour, we could barely talk to each other in the cab because the ride was so bumpy. May need to look into that? Otherwise, we use this site every year for a volunteer event that we do for the Domestic Violence Shelter in our community - we are appreciate this U-Haul vendor's convenient location, and availability for rapid service!
TRAVIS WThe dealer was great. He was fast with the paperwork and got the truck ready quickly. The truck itself was fine but the driver side door was difficult to close and had extreme wind noise at speed. Just a FYI for the maintenance crew. Overall great experience.

JOSEPH CI have used this location a couple times and would highly recommend it to anyone. The equipment is clean and in good condition. Lee is very friendly and helpful. If you got a few minutes take a look at some of the items for sale inside. I've found some cool things. Overall a great experience every time.

john fIt was closed when we dropped off so I can't really answer yes or no to some of those questions but you should have a not applicable. Anyways we are able to get the truck in there they had a box so we dropped the key in the paperwork so it worked out well.
DAVID VThe light on the back of the truck was not working. The cabin light would turn on but not in the back. Glad I had a good flashlight

Kenneth RWe dropped off the truck and it was closed already. So there was a drop boxand we were able to park the truck and drop off the key and contract. It was very difficult intersection to turn around to get to with the huge truck like that.
