The attendant at the drop off location was excellent, he came out to greet me and followed up to inform me of several concerns with the truck. Thankfully the images I took before I left helped him identify that the truck should not have been rented to me
EVERETT CKelly is the best UHUAL Representative. Kelly is very knowledgeable and knows all of the uhual information. I specifically go to this location because I know Kelly always provides the best quality service and is always very helpful in finding the trucks we need. If Kelly wasn't at this location we wouldn't be renting at this location
ANNA JKelly is AMAZING and I go to Monster self storage for the spectacular customer service there. He is so knowledgeable about uhual and what they offer. He is the best UHUAL representative and should be promoted to a higher position because of his knowledge of uhuals guidelines and customer service. I go to this location just so I can get the wonderful service from Kelly & Richard. They are the nicest and best customer service I've ever experienced and it's every time I go. That's why I specifically go to monster self storage.
ANNA JI did not appreciate the v-mail from Wendy stating I was late returning the truck. My understanding the Truck could be returned Sunday evening and I returned it by 08:30 Sunday morning. Wendy stated I would be charged a $50.00 late fee.
ADAM CHad dealt with this location as well. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

BRENT LUpon returning the Uhaul truck on November 10th. I approached a gate with a keypad. I did not have an access code. I called the Monster Self Storage number and did not receive any answer. An employee of Monster Self Storage came outside and asked for my storage unit number. I informed him that I did not have a storage unit at this storage facility and was just returning the Uhaul truck. After a few minutes the Monster Self Storage employee told me to park the U haul along the street and he walked away. This was a confusing return and not customer friendly. I would appreciate a Uhaul manager or customer service employee to contact me on my listed cell phone. Thank you.

MARK NI wish there was a dolly that came with it! But overall this was my first time moving alone and since i have terrible work hours this was my best option and the price was reasonable. Thank you!!

SENECA WYou overbooked on Labor Day and they had no truck available even tho we reserved in Bluffton SC 6 weeks earlier. Your 800 # sucked. No help at all. Sent us to a facility that was closed and out of business. Customer service jerk hung up on my wife. Finally got a truck thru a stroke of luck but 4 hours later. Caused huge delay in our move. Will never, ever use this company again to rent a truck. Many of our neighbors told us after the fact they had horrid experiences as well. You have no business being in the logistics business!! You have no business calling your 800# folks customer service agents. A big Joke! Your own agents at the local office were very upset that they could not fill reservations your call center made!!!

will VOutside of some policy changes U-Haul could enact to be a little more customer friendly, I felt this location was very helpful and easy to navigate. However, the information about where to return the vehicle and park a large truck after hours and difficulty in locating the key dropbox are areas I think could be improved.
Gregg SThe gentleman running the location was super nice and efficient in getting me into a rental van and answering all my questions. However, the radio never worked in the van which was disappointing on an 8 hr drive. At first, the radio lit up after several tries to turn it on by pressing the on/off button, and the volume was shown as a full blast - but no sound ever came out of wherever the speakers were, which makes me think they left the speakers out when the van was built. On the long ride home, the radio never lit up again no matter how many tries and I would have liked to see the clock displayed on it as I did on the drive up to Charlotte while driving in the dark. Also, there was beach-like sand in the van's cab and even on the steering column when I picked it up along with dog hair all over the passenger seat (luckily I didn't need to sit on that seat). Otherwise, everything went as planned -- easy pick-up and drop-off after hours and check-out sent via email. I will use this rental location again as I have in the past and will recommend it to others.

Alejandro GThis location was good. We had reserved trailer at other Bluffton location and when we showed up, was told they did not have any. Had to delay trip one day to pick up at Monster. Again, Monster was good, just disappointed in UHaul reservation experience.

Desiree BThe truck was quite old but clean. Staff super friendly and helpful. However, I ordered blankets since I was moving furniture and they did not have the blankets. Obviously, this was a problem which I then needed to fixed in a hurry. I would have appreciated hearing about the problem in advance.

James SWe had scheduled the truck to be picked up at location near our home. The morning of the move we received notification from U-Haul that the truck would not be available at the scheduled location and that we would have to drive 15-20 miles to another location to pick up the truck. This impacted our planned start as well as impaction our cost because we kept the labor crew for loading waiting.
Jim CThe equipment we scheduled, was defective. The rear door was jammed and the vehicle would not start. We were given a much larger 27’ truck. It was difficult to manage and the gas mileage was poor and cost us more money.
