I had the app check in that was not intuitive but the staff walked me thru step by step. Truck was in great condition and the pickup and drop off was seamless! My only area for improvement is the trucks should have at least 1/2 tank fuel at pickup, as I had to get fuel before arrival to my job!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHorrible experience when I picked truck up could not get in the truck padlock as they left the wrong truck out. So the code did not work. Barely any gas and the engine light was on. Did not include the dolly I asked for. Had to call the 1800 for assistant. Go to a regular dealer.
AESHA RThis is my first time using Monster storage. I have no complaints. The lady at the desk was helpful and polite
Charmaine FFabulous customer care and a great vehicle. Process to sign in and out was outstanding
TIMOTHY MThe truck was great and the staff member that was there seemed to be helpful at the time. He did not inform us that the gate would be locked and we would not have access when returning the vehicle. The U-Haul was left outside of the storage facility with my car locked inside. There was no working phone number posted to get assistance with this and it was not disclaimed at any point when booking or checking out my U-Haul.
