The truck was great and the staff member that was there seemed to be helpful at the time. He did not inform us that the gate would be locked and we would not have access when returning the vehicle. The U-Haul was left outside of the storage facility with my car locked inside. There was no working phone number posted to get assistance with this and it was not disclaimed at any point when booking or checking out my U-Haul.

Melinda WThis location pulled a switch and bait on my reserved truck. I am well aware that your contract fine print gives you the option to not give the customer what they wanted. Think about that for a moment, "not give the customer what they wanted" So 24 hours before I picked up the truck you pulled the bait and switch leaving me zero time to find an alternative. Secondly, who thought it would be customer friendly to only start with a 1/2 tank of gas? Surely this procedure did not come from customer demand.
Lauren SOne older gentleman there too receive a truck didn’t get any kind of receipt didn’t ask me anything never looked in the truck and three weeks later I get a bill for $44 for 8 gallons of gas. I would not recommend using U-Haul at all.
