My initial pick-up time was 6am, U-Haul changed the time to 8 am and a location farther away, then when I arrived the clerk was unprepared and the truck did not show up till 9:30 am

Let me know it was exactly 24 hours. I rented at 830 am on Friday. The email I received from U-Haul said return Saturday with no time stated. At 10am on Saturday they were calling to know why I had not returned said truck.

Our pick up location was moved at the last minute. I was not expecting to have to wait till the location opened.

The truck had roaches and trash all in it even a box in the cab I told the lady at the store she told me to go by sprayed if I wanted to kill them I said thats your responsibility to make sure truck is clean and ready for next person and she said we'll I dont have e spray and not gonna buy any

I reserved a furniture dolly along w my truck and they did not have one available. Noons told me one wasn’t available till after I had checked the truck out. Also I was giving my info to the clerk at the gas station who was relaying it to someone on the phone who was inputting it and emailing me documents. It took forever and was very unprofessional.

It was very hard to understand what the U-Haul representative was saying because she was speaking Spanish and English at the same time. I could not tell when she was talking to me or speaking to someone else in the background when I called to confirm the location.It was also confusing about the location because it was in a gas station with no visible address. Overall I was able to return the vehicle and get checked out. The lady in the gas station could have been nicer.

I have dropped off 6 rental to this location and this was by far the worst experience. They lot to park the equipment was very disorganized and I had to move a few trailers myself to make room. There is currently some kind of their construction going on as well that exacerbates the issue. This location really needs to keep on top of how everything is parked and maintained behind the building, a lesser driver would struggle parking or pulling out of the lot.

Absolutely the worst. The U-Haul attendant was rude, barely spoke any English, was disrespectful and argued with me over the gas. I will be filing a formal complaint against both locations. Terrible service.

They charged my card twice for a 1 hr rental. The first was $88.35 and the second was $72.09. Both as separate purchases.

They do not come out and assist in anyway. The actual rep was not even inside the gas station attendant called her on the phone to complete my pickup. No one explained any of the insurance options with me and there was no information out in the open. Their trailers are not like normal trailer. I had never hooked one up and did it the best I could. The guy walked out visually looked at it, took a picture with an iPad and said I was good to go! I got a mile and a half down the road, hit a bump in the road, the trailer came unhitched and crashed into the tailgate of the truck leaving a hole.

Mileage and gas were both incorrect on the document and the clerk refused to change it. She never came out to look at the truck. Truck was filthy and we had to clean it. The experience was the worst!

I reserved an appliance dolly and when I went to pick up the truck they told me they didn't have one. I needed the dolly and now was stuck on the day of the move trying to find a dolly I can use to move my appliances. I was given a phone by the cashier to speak to his "manager" who was not professional. Don't recommend this place.

It would have been nice to know the dolly I added to my order was not available before I picked up. Though the cost was taken off, it was a piece of equipment I really needed for my move. I tweaked my back carrying heavy loads that would have been avoided if I had the dolly. I could have put my pick up to another location had I know the dolly was not available where I picked up.

Very messy place and the broken English was hard to understand. The complain i had was ignored as the teller and manager on the phone talked back and forth in another language. I paid the extra and again felt that it was a Just tough for you attitude towards me

I returned three different trucks to this location over the span of about 5 days. All three times there was an issue with returning the trucks. Yet, the trucks were returned cleaned out, gas filled properly and turned in early every time. Each time checking in took at least 20 - 30 minutes. Really, how long does it take to take a picture of an odometer and compare the gas gauge? In fact, I took the picture two of the times, which caused It to take LONGER. What? I tried to cancel and rebook the third rental, but there wasn't any availability at other companies at such late notice. Bottom line, I will likely never rent from UHaul again due to this terrible return experience EVERY time.

Vehicle barely pulled like transmission was going out and was jerking like someone used bad gas. It was clean, but it took me forever to get moved with the gears not changing out. I can honestly say, I think I’ll try another company in my future.

This was the 2nd location I had to drive to in order to get a Uhaul, even though I was scheduled to have one ready for pick up at the first location. My original Uhaul wasn’t available when I went to pick it up. I waited an hour at the location and called at least 5 different phone numbers, but the office was empty as if no one had been there all day. I was told by Uhaul that my only option was to drive an hour away to pick up a different truck. Uhaul should choose more reliable partner locations so that their customers don’t have this same experience. I was extremely frustrated that my original truck was not checked in by the location I was retrieving it from (Precise Business Center in Homewood, AL), but I was scheduled to move in to my new apartment the next day so I had to drive an hour away for the only other available truck (I was told there were no other comparable trucks within 30 miles and given no apology for the inconvenience and poor service). That’s not how customers should be treated when the situation was entirely Uhaul’s fault.

When you arrive to pick up the equipment you reserved you are handed a phone by the cashier to talk to someone that's not even in the store,so overall I will not be using that location again, if they were negative Stars I would give negative
