The people here are absolutely rude and no help. This spot should be shut down it really was a horrible experience and makes me never want to use u haul again

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy initial pick-up time was 6am, U-Haul changed the time to 8 am and a location farther away, then when I arrived the clerk was unprepared and the truck did not show up till 9:30 am

Catherine YLet me know it was exactly 24 hours. I rented at 830 am on Friday. The email I received from U-Haul said return Saturday with no time stated. At 10am on Saturday they were calling to know why I had not returned said truck.
Tura HOur pick up location was moved at the last minute. I was not expecting to have to wait till the location opened.
