Let me know it was exactly 24 hours. I rented at 830 am on Friday. The email I received from U-Haul said return Saturday with no time stated. At 10am on Saturday they were calling to know why I had not returned said truck.
Tura HOur pick up location was moved at the last minute. I was not expecting to have to wait till the location opened.
Valarie BThe truck had roaches and trash all in it even a box in the cab I told the lady at the store she told me to go by sprayed if I wanted to kill them I said thats your responsibility to make sure truck is clean and ready for next person and she said we'll I dont have e spray and not gonna buy any
Linda JI reserved a furniture dolly along w my truck and they did not have one available. Noons told me one wasn’t available till after I had checked the truck out. Also I was giving my info to the clerk at the gas station who was relaying it to someone on the phone who was inputting it and emailing me documents. It took forever and was very unprofessional.
