I reserved a furniture dolly along w my truck and they did not have one available. Noons told me one wasn’t available till after I had checked the truck out. Also I was giving my info to the clerk at the gas station who was relaying it to someone on the phone who was inputting it and emailing me documents. It took forever and was very unprofessional.

The person was just average at this location.
Tonya JIt was very hard to understand what the U-Haul representative was saying because she was speaking Spanish and English at the same time. I could not tell when she was talking to me or speaking to someone else in the background when I called to confirm the location.It was also confusing about the location because it was in a gas station with no visible address. Overall I was able to return the vehicle and get checked out. The lady in the gas station could have been nicer.
