My initial pick-up time was 6am, U-Haul changed the time to 8 am and a location farther away, then when I arrived the clerk was unprepared and the truck did not show up till 9:30 am

Catherine YLet me know it was exactly 24 hours. I rented at 830 am on Friday. The email I received from U-Haul said return Saturday with no time stated. At 10am on Saturday they were calling to know why I had not returned said truck.
Tura HOur pick up location was moved at the last minute. I was not expecting to have to wait till the location opened.
Valarie BThe truck had roaches and trash all in it even a box in the cab I told the lady at the store she told me to go by sprayed if I wanted to kill them I said thats your responsibility to make sure truck is clean and ready for next person and she said we'll I dont have e spray and not gonna buy any
