I was supposed to self pick it up at 9 pm and there was no information for the pick up. The next morning I tried again and i had to call the customer services with 2 hours wait, and after they fixed it they gave me wrong information with wrong compartment and code for the key pick up. It was 9:30 am with the situation was fixed and could pick my truck up. I was delayed at least 12 hours until I was able to pick my truck up!!!
