Not a lot of parking so finding a place to leave the van was difficult. The attendant helped towards the end of my return process though.

WILFRID BWhen I arrived to drop the truck off at the location the man at the counter had no idea what to do to take the truck back. We went back and forth for about 10 mins because he didn't know what to do. I had to end up calling the U-Haul 800 number to finally be told I could download the app and do a self return and drop the key in a lockbox. What is the point of dropping the truck off during business hours if I had to end of doing all of the work to return the truck anyway. I will NEVER use this location again!!

At first they do scams if someone renting for a day they charge for two days then call them to fixing it, secondly, before they handing over to customer vehicle they don’t check mileage, overcharge mileages. Mohammad Uthe owner accused and told me that I was late for return. And when he realized it was his mistake, didn't apologize. The cashier was incredibly nice though. 10' truck door on the passenger would not close properly. You could hear air coming in as you're driving. Other than that, truck was clean and tidy.
Frances LThe truck I rented claimed to have 96,000 miles on it. Drivers seat had tears in it on bottom left section and collapsing foam. Steering wheel was deteriorated at top. This truck had many more miles on it than reported. Not the dealership fault, check your fleet.

Pranav DTook a bit long to pick up equipment. Interior cup holders were not clean and were sticky. No instructions given about the vehicle. Location DID follow through extremely well with a change from 10' to a 15' less than 24 hours before the rental and that was very helpful.

JOSHUAMICHAEL LPrice was different from what I was quoted. I was quoted $127 and charged $185! Then charged an extra $12 from the drop off location. I am very dissatisfied. And I WILL NOT recommend this location to anyone.
Tanita SParking spots were tight. It took a lot of work to park a 15' truck. The personnel did not permit me to park in the adjacent parking lot. Paperwork processing should be improved. I returned the vehicle the evening before the dropoff date. The return was processed the following day despite contacting U-Haul support.
Shravan SClerk that checked me in wasn't very friendly. Clerk who checked me out was sleeping when I went into store to return keys at end of rental. Location didn't have a utility dolly on site, had to go to another UHaul location to rent that. I made reservation online as I live in PA and was taking furniture to our daughter as a Christmas gift who lives in Gaithersburg. I requested a different location when I made reservation, but was switched to this one. Will never use this location again.
Wendy TPickup using the app did not work at all. Could not get response or pictures to upload. Vehicle would not start initially and employee had to show a”trick” to it. Vehicle was not cleaned out from prior use. Open water bottles in cab and broken glass in cargo.

WISHWA SThe salesperson was very rude. Took 20 minutes to get the truck even though I had already checked in. The location is at a gas station and the person kept moving us out of the way to take other customers and talk to the other employee. He printed our contract on the back of an old sales record. All in all they treated us as if they were doing us a favor by lending their truck. I would not recommend this location.
LORI TThe check-in process took much longer than necessary. The location did not have the vehicle I booked (a van) and offered me a truck, I agreed with the understanding that I would still pay the same amount. Upon review of the receipt, I was charged the amount for the truck.
Kathryn GVehicle pickup was not smooth. Store owner did not know to give me the keys. Cabin of vehicle was dirty on arrival with left over food. Window was left open and water was on seat. Most importantly, the gas tank was empty upon pickup.

cheikh Gutter chaos at this location. it's a UHaul rental store, a gas station, a car repair shop, all rolled into 1 in a very small, and very busy location. totally insane and nowhere to park the trucks.
Stephen LThe drop off location first asked me to fill up the gas tank up to the level that it had a pick up, which I did up to half tank. I then realized that I was charged another 5 gallons at $5/gallon on the final receipt, which is double count. I called U-Haul customer service but they did not want to refund the $25 because the system had 3/4 tak at pick up (which was erroneous information). Bad experience!!

Eric WI was scheduled to pickup the truck at 9:00am,and the guy at BP didn’t even know it he had to keep calling his boss who didn’t understand either long story short I didn’t get the truck until 9:45, and I was on a schedule. Anyway U-Haul itself is good, but not the BP gas station.
Stephanie SExtremely rude. Refused to help me and told me I had to use the mobile app to drop off the U-Haul. When the app wasn’t working he magically had the ability to help me. Still was not very helpful because the second someone else walked in he stopped assisting me. The app finally started to work so I quickly followed the steps and got out of there.

Andre VWhen I reserved truck online, I declined the insurance also known as safeauto $14. At the location they added automatically charged me without my permission & didn’t even bother to explain me. I want refund. I tried to contact uhaul but seems like no one answer the phone. I want someone from uhaul contact me or I’ll dispute this transaction.

Yawa EGood evening,Just cut my moving short due that the only vehicle at the lot was assigned to me. The clerk was working his very first day and he was telling to come back tomorrow to get my reserved vehicle. After so many issues and excuses I was able to do the check in myself. My extended my original reservation to the 24 hour cycle, requested a hand truck for $7 dollars that was never provided. The vehicle has about close to 80k miles. The transmission was jerking all the way to the final. I called several times to the Uhaul station where I picked up the vehicle NO ONE pick up. I called out the move! What I suppose to do? Load up so to breakdown down the road? I expect a full refund regarding this reservation.

Luis RZaheer Ahmad argued with me about not putting gas in the car, when in fact I DID fill the truck with gas. He did not allow me to go back in the truck to show him that I filled the tank he accused me of lying even though I told him I filled the tank. He claimed he "knew my type" and that I did not actually fill the tank. He told me to go away when I wanted to show him that i filled the tank and then he used my card information and charged me to put gas in the truck. I stayed in the area and did not see him move the truck from where I parked it or even check. He just charged me for no reason. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will be calling find out why he charged me for no reason.

Sandra AThis was the worst experience I've had with U-Haul. The location was a gas station with only one vehicle. The pick up process was so different than other locations I've used before. The gas station representative was rude. He rudely asked for my phone to take a picture of my driver's license. He said "give me your phone". This was unexpected compared others time at a different locations. I told him that was rude and that he should not do that. He didn't tell me why he needed my phone. He just rushed me through the process while inside the gas station. He , rushef me to answer questions on a link that was sent to me from Uhaul. One of the question was if the truck was clean. I didn't even have a chance to inspect the truck before answering these questions. The truck was left dirty with trash inside. I have pictures. Also upon returning the truck I was being charged for insurance which he never asked me if wanted it. This was eventually removed from my bill after I complained about it. Overall I don't recommend this location to anyone. They are not setup like other location. The worst customer service.
