It would be nice if the office was open atleast a half day on Saturday. It is open during the hours people are at work. I do highly praise Mr. TONY. He is the kindest person you will ever meet. Thank you Tony.

Andre BAuto transport was not installed properly. The U-haul rep didn’t know what he was doing. By the time I got to the uhaul drop off, the straps to secure my vehicle had come off. My vehicle was completely unsecured and a huge liability. I have called corporate and awaiting a call back from management. This is completely unacceptable and very dangerous!
Tanisha DMy unit was broken into after 5 months of storage and three days prior to my move-out. A security check drive-through was made each morning - per the man in charge but obviously, the locks were not looked at since mine was broken into 3 days prior and was not noticed. The gate had been broken for quite a while, which made the lot accessible by anyone. I would think this would cause for more diligence and attention to detail on the daily drive-throughs. I'm sorry but I just cannot recommend this company. Maybe if it was at the other location (by Acapulco's on Highway 80), I would consider it but definitely not at this satellite lot (across from Winn-Dixie on Highway 80).

NANCY MWe were customers of this facility for the last 5 years. Hours of access for the facility were reasonable, additional hours you would not have been able to see inside the units. The office needs Saturday hours or an additional hour in the evenings for people who work and need to come into the office. Our unit was broken into last year. I pointed out to the office when we were broken into that they needed to fix a small hole that appeared and was in the wall between our unit and another unit beside us. The repair was never completed. Use double locks, as those units were not broken into. The property was always well maintained up to this last year. Now in the last two months, we all of a sudden have bugs and mice droppings. To be fair, could be new tenants beside us. However, we have never had them in any of the prior years. This told me it was time to move on to another facility.. This facility is also n the process of raising rates. Hoping they will use that money towards increased security, lighting, and extermination services.

Jennifer TBecause they took more money from me than was said and done me so wrong I did sign a contract to do a round trip and my husband got put in hospital and very sick I called to ask if I could just drop it off on the town and they told me to them I was told they would charge me over 500 so o left my sick husband and brought the uhall back to the place and they still charged that is wrong. And one day it will come back on the uhall people , no go will ever be rewarded. It is sad for a company to do this to elderly people or anyone. So you will never have my business again and I will let people know
