Basic things such as a clean windshield and the floor vacuumed would be nice. I would have also appreciated a truck without a cracked windshield that partially was in my driver's line of vision.

Once we got the reservation at this location, the experience was good. The lady at the location was friendly, helpful, and extremely efficient. It was unfortunate that I had to make a reservation so far from where I was actually using the truck, however. My reservation had to be changed twice due to local locations that simply did not hold my reservation.
