david cTruck was turned in with the same amount of gas as when picked up, but got charged for 16 gallons of gas plus a service charge for a total of 118.00 dollars. Was totally ripped off and unfortunately can’t prove otherwise. Take pictures of the gas and be sure when picking up the correct level of gas is documented. This will be our last U-Haul experience. Bad from the beginning to the ending.
