Shop was suppose to be open Sunday 1-5. No one there. Phone personnel just kept transferring. No one useful this day. NO ONE!. Monday shop closed. No drop off box at location. Phone staff understood the frustration and worked with us for alternative plan....thank you to the phone support staff this day.Brenda M.

Contact between the dealerships and the main office need improvement. When the individual stores are randomly closed the main branch should know about it. Or a number that can be called. Main branch should always be able to reach there dealers. Trailers where in poor conditions, one had no latch on the door and the other bad wheel bearings. It would have left us stranded.Russell M.

Upon arrival at our pick up destination the truck would not start once we had shut it off. We finally got it running about 35 mninutes later. Then when we arrived at the furniture storage to load the furniture we left the truck running, only for it to stop. Finally with no luck we called Uhaul for service. In all approx. two hours wasted waiting for the repair service. I do wish to say the repair man was fantastic.. His name was TOM. He deserves to be recognized for his assistance, kindness etc.. He was from Triple A ( I think). He repaired the vehicle and we were on our way. No more incidences. But two hrs. late arriving for the help we had waiting at home for us. I believe the service check ups could be more thorough.Morris B.

We were greeted bye the owner of True Value. He was a lovely gentleman to talk to. He was very polite and welcomed us to Hanna. My wife and I feel that the women from the Port Kells location needs to have training from the man at the Hanna location. The Hanna uhaul location was a nice change from the disrespectful people at the head office in Canada and the disrespectful customer service people we talked to trying to file a complaint.Richard G.
We don't have a problem with either our pick up or drop stores. We have a problem with your transportation group in head office. If I make a reservation and it shows AVAILABILITY when booking. I SHOULDN'T have to be emailed the day before that I have to pick up 100km away from my originally reservation which is already 150km from my desired pick up. This is the second time uhaul has changed the pick location from the one shown as available when booking. Very poor service, will look for alternative transportation in the future.Zoe I.

There were several mix ups, first we confirmed a 17 ft trailer that was not there, had to take a 20 ft. The pick up time was 12:00 but invoice said 9:00am. The drop off location was requested for 17th street in Edmonton but they were told it was another location when we brought the truck to 17th street. We were told we had a 2 day rental and 433 kilometers - which was not noted anywhere in system except our confirmation email which we then had to email to U Haul to have on file for proof. All the mix ups we experienced seemed to come from the booking end of thing. The person who booked our U Haul was very pleasant and helpful but maybe did not enter the data correctly? The truck was full of garbage that we had to unload before we could even use the truck and we didn't even get the size truck that we ordered. Instead of the truck we ordered we got one to small and a trailer that I couldn't fit some of my stuff in.MIKE W.

There is no drop off box and the location would not buy back the unused boxes. I had to call the customer service call centre. The operator was great. But we had to take time off work to make a second trip to return the keys. It was very stressful.GORDON K.

Computer system said we had more gas than what was actually in the truck when we picked it up. We returned the truck with exactly how much gas was in the tank when picked up. The computer system was down when we picked up the truck so didn't know what the system said. Employee indicated that we may get charged for more gas. We hope not as our whole Uhaul experience was not pleasant.MELODY H.
