There was a delay in pickup at the desk. I did the online check in but the computer at the location did not have any of my info.

Louise LRented a car haulier as driving across Canada with it two tires. The belts were showing in the tires had to stop in Winnipeg for two hours to get tires. This should’ve been maintained by the U-Haul company.

Patricia RI was supposed to pick up at 2pm but the guy was in a meeting. He ended up not coming until 2:45. Then his computer wouldn’t allow me to upgrade my booking to a larger unit and it took forever to get it figured out. I didn’t leave with the trailer until 3:15. The guy was very friendly and offered a couple complimentary days for the lateness, but it still threw a wrench into a very busy day.

Lorne PAs for renting from the place in Hanna Alberta. Mr. Moore was very accommodating, however the Truck had a check engine light on and when i contacted uhaul customer service, i got basically nowhere, told not to worry about it. Plus the yruck shook terribly at any speed over 60 mph, it was extremely incomfortable to drive, and my hands ached from the constant vibration. We had to soend a night in a motel, which we had not planned and we bore the cost, when the check engine light was concern, it least to me, however not to uhaul. Will probably not use uhaul ever again after 40+ years as a client, we have rented Many times in the past, with good service, but that obviously was in the past!
kelly rThis was not the pick up location. The location in Calgary said they did not have my trailer even after it was confirmed the day before. The delays in pick up and confusion, plus the extra driving and lost time were a major problem to our moving plans, This is my 2nd experience with Uhaul and both have been extremely poor.
Craig RMy only complaint is that we had to drive an hour with a second vehicle to drop off the equipment in Hanna when the U-haul in Drumheller is 2 blocks from my house. I am only being reimbursed $50 for the two hours out of my way drive and extra time. Not cool guys.

joslito aShop was suppose to be open Sunday 1-5. No one there. Phone personnel just kept transferring. No one useful this day. NO ONE!. Monday shop closed. No drop off box at location. Phone staff understood the frustration and worked with us for alternative plan....thank you to the phone support staff this day.
Brenda MBetter communication as to how to drop off the vehicle after hours would be useful as the location advertises 24 hour drop off.
Brad BContact between the dealerships and the main office need improvement. When the individual stores are randomly closed the main branch should know about it. Or a number that can be called. Main branch should always be able to reach there dealers. Trailers where in poor conditions, one had no latch on the door and the other bad wheel bearings. It would have left us stranded.
Russell MGary's customer service was exceptional. He had our trailer ready, gave us the hitch extension and ball and helped hook it up as well. Gary even called us the next day to make sure everything was ok while we were on the road.
