I dropped off the truck I had rented a day early. I dropped the vehicle off around 5 PM. There were no personnel at the site. I followed the instructions I had from UHAUL and what was posted at the drop off site, and placed the truck keys in the "key drop off box". Over the next two weeks I received multiple phone calls and emails from UHAUL asking when I was going to drop off the truck and had to re-explain to multiple UHAUL personnel multiple times that I had already dropped the truck off. UHAUL appears to be having some serious internal communication issues. After speaking with a few other people that have had similar issues with UHAUL, I can not recommend them to anyone. Especially considering the cost of renting one of there trucks for a couple days. Overall a pretty negative and ridiculous experience.

Sean HOrdered 1 dozen moving blankets and they were not in the truck when picked up. Was charged for this.
Sean AThis was a very frustrating process start to finish. This has nothing to do with the site, but the app was not as user friendly as it should be. Most frustrating though, none of the dolly’s we rented were in the truck. This had a HUGE impact on how much and of what we were able to move. We now have to rent a U-Haul AGAIN this coming weekend to hopefully finish moving. Add to that, I’ve still been charged for the 3 dolly’s we weren’t given.
Tricia RThere was ice on steps could slip and fall the rear door frozen down with ice had to hammer it off truck covered in snow. I know it is winter but I would have had that cleaned off for customer especially the ice on steps (insurance risk)
KENNETH SThe truck was almost out of gas when I picked it up. I also had requested an in office check in and no one ever showed up so I didn't get my U-Haul off the lot until half an hour past the time I was supposed to pick it up. The milage was also listed wrong and I wasn't able to change it so I had to call the main U-Haul number to make sure I wasn't over charged
Kayla BI highly recommend the Uhaul in Moose Lake Minnesota for ease of service. Easy to rent and drop off.

Pete FNo windshield washer fluid and the windshield had a big crack in it. Otherwise it was great the auto check in out wouldn’t work that was frustrating.
