The location had NO DOLLYS for use … photos attached prove no dolly present please refund.. I had to spend 80 dollars for my own
JOHNATHAN MThe u-haul had human feces in the back of the truck, was told to bring it back. When I got there she asked f I checked the truck and had a attitude with me. U-haul refunded me for the truck but the entire trip should have been free because this is a health violation. There were other incidents that happened also. 0 out of 10 would NOT recommend.
Eboni MHow do I give corporate U-Hail a negative review? It booked my first reservation at a place that (1) didn’t have a van and (2) didn’t call me as soon as they opened to tell me that. More Tires was the second location, and they didn’t have a Dolly. It set us back several hours figuring this out. And then I ended up paying much more than I was told. Terrible experience all around.
