Hi, the trailer I rented had a left turn signal light and a left brake light not working. Luckily, I traveled during the daytime. I will be verifying that lights are on and working each time I rent Uhaul trailers before I leave the lot.

Make sure there are no leaks in the cabs of the vehicles. Let people know if the size of the vehicle they request becomes unavailable so they can change or cancel due to cost diff.

This was the smoothest checkin I've ever had with U-Haul. There was a female outside checking me in so I didn't even have to go inside. So easy and greatly appreciated. Took about five minutes.

Truck pickup was not at the location I reserved. It was moved by Uhaul day before pickup due to so-called "lack of availability in my area". I drove past two other Uhaul pickup locations to get to that location, and each of them had multiple trucks in their lot, and even some my size. I came back the next day driving my personal vehicle and those same trucks were still at these other locations. This contributed to multiple miles driven out of my way. I had to pay for those miles. If I was asked about my overall experience, I would give UHaul 1 star only because I had to pay to accommodate them by picking up at another location over 30 miles away from my home. Also, truck dropoff was changed after I picked up the truck. I received a phone call asking be to drop it off at another location that was several miles away from where the dropoff was contracted to occur. They said their lot was not big enough to receive the truck at the location. Again, additional miles are incurred for this accommodation to UHaul and the driver is required to pay for it even though they didn't agree to it, but they are still forced to return the truck or incur additional charges in other ways. To me, this creates an unfair business practice that create additional income for UHaul, because the only mlieage that I was over was the mileage I had to go out of my way to pickup the truck beyond the original pickup location, and having to to deliver the truck beyond the original dropoff location because UHaul changed both locations. What is an additional $15-20 from each truck renter? I bet most won't complain too much over a small fee, but to me these fees were not earned and are easily explained by reviewing the reservation, reviewing the contract agreement pickup and dropoff locations (shows pickup location was changed by UHaul), and by presenting proof of the phone call from a UHaul representative (change of dropoff location from contracted dropoff location). I have not been reimbursed of these overage fees, and if UHaul wants me to consider them for future moves, they need to pay the excess fee money back they too from my account back.

The drop off was so easy and well-organized that I did not have to go inside. The attendant processed the rental return in the parking lot with a mobile device. So convenient!!

This drop off location was clean but very confusing as to where I needed to park the truck. I got a little frustrated when an employee opened my door and told me to get out and that I was done. My son and I both asked what she was talking about. She said that she had seen us drive by 3 different times. I explained to her that we had just pulled up and she had gotten us mixed up with another customer.

I applaud and recommend Kim and her team at this location to everyone. I was in a last minute pickle moving my college daughter on the busiest weekend of the year. My reservation with Budget was cancelled without my knowledge. In a panic I phoned a few places trying to find equipment. Kim, the owner, could hear the panic in my voice. She knew her local market, the needs of out of state parents trying to move their children into new living arrangements. She helped me and my husband rent the perfect Uhaul equipment to make the move much smoother and hassle free. I never recommend or post a review but I am happy to take time out of my day to share my experience to help other parents that have to take more Motrin these days after lugging boxes and college furniture. The reservation process was a complete mess, but that was the 1-800 U haul mistake, not the local dealer. She made it right, and was super helpful. Highly recommend contacting Moreland directly. Do not go through Uhaul website

Kim at the location was absolutely fabulous. She was very easy to work with, very helpful and very responsive. UHaul itself was not particularly helpful. They called, told me they did not have the size of truck i ordered and that they upgraded me. I told them I did not want a bigger truck and they were very dismissive. This information was also incorrect as Kim had already secured us the appropriate truck. They also told us our trailer and truck were at two different locations. This was also incorrect.

nothing the pickup place needs to do they were great! It's the Information about how it works online. I didn't know about making a deposit or anything but they lady worked really well with me. Maybe put more Information online about needing a card and the deposit fee for “prepaid bank cards” and cash.

Great place for ball game stays. LJ is great. Always works with me on weekend accommodations. Only negative, WiFi is really weak around the facility. I have not completely moved out. RV is in storage.
