Horrible experience. No help with the truck we called multiple times when they opened and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. The person before marked that the truck had gas and when we entered it was empty. The truck was full of trash and left over items. WE WANT A REFUND

Shannon OI paid for a half dozen blankets and when I went to pick up the trailer, they did not have blankets and gave me $5 in cash. When I returned the U-Haul, Streets charged me $50 for missing blankets. I explained to them that I never picked up the blankets. Even though I have called both locations numerous times, they will not resolve the issue. Very frurstrating.
